I see changhai is using tc1000, which has some very very bad yellow cast (I use tc1100 celeron model, which has the same screen) in the highlight and blue cast in the dark area! Actually all LCD except $$$ ones look very bad regarding color and white balance. Being a hifi mania, I cant stand this at all!
Then I get "optix xr" on ebay and use cracked monacoprofiler v4.72 to calibrate it to D55 and gamma 2.2. The result is mind-blowing! Much better than most lcd screens! Every pdf, webpage and photo looks so pure and beautiful as if they are printed on high-quality materials (remember to do the calibration in a dark room and have fun) Highly recommended!
