I have admission of other university. However, I want to contact with professor of this three universities, cos I know they rank top 10 in particle physics. Do you think it will be helpful for my application?

I am not sure whether it will help. On the other hand, you should try nevertheless.
you could try Ed. Yao at michigan, tao Han at Michigan. I am not sure about texas.
what do you exactly want to do? theory or experiment?
