I am not sure what you mean by 整体规范对称性 .

I think we just call it global symmetry. When we say gauge symmetry, we usually mean actually introduce the connection and make it local.

What I meant is the special case when parameters are independent of spacetime coordinates. People sometimes use such wording to refer to the global U(1) invariance that leads to charge conservation. But you are totally right that such usage is not common, and in almost all cases, gauge symmetry exclusively meant to be local. I will change it to "整体 SU(3) 对称性" etc.
